Since 2018 I have been supervising trial-accreditations for several programs in the hospitality industry. My role is to act as a critical friend during the self-evaluation process (resulting in the self-reflection report). Secondly, I support the program research manager. Lastly, I act as chair of the trial-accreditation committee.
Trial accreditations enable knowledge institutes to prepare thoroughly for the real accreditation. As a result, it increases their chance of success.
